Randy Poindexter
I’m just a typical guy making my mess into my message! Embracing my new journey through life after a divorce. Well my second divorce! I discovered my flaws and shortcomings and embraced where I was in my darkest moment. Choosing to better myself, I dug deep within to put in the time and work to understand how I got here but also what got me here.
Digging back all the way to my childhood I was able to process my old blueprints and old patterns. Allowing myself to be vulnerable and shift into my true authentic self I was then able to create new patterns and redesign some of my internal blueprints!
Being a life coach means that I am here to walk beside you and build a connection between us. Ensuring you feel seen, heard and safe with no judgement!
Helping you to redesign that internal blueprint so you can feel more aligned with your authentic self.
What is your authentic self you ask; for me it's being aligned with your values and beliefs. Setting intentions with everything you do in your life. This internal deep dive into the unknown to create new patterns to build off will be CHALLENGING but I will be here to support you and it will be worth it for yourself. But I promise you that if you show up for yourself now, You will become the best version of yourself.
It takes a lot of courage to raise the white flag and ask for help, especially being a MAN.
